As a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & CPA and having experience of over 15 years, he oversees Taxnician bussiness strategy and administrative services. He has an extensive experience in the outsourcing industry providing consulting and advisory services to International Customers. His expertise includes business development, operations, performance improvement and strategic planning.
Well versed in foreign language, she is a key member of our accounting team with 8 years of experience in India, Canada and US accounting. She has a master’s degree in corporate accounting and has a good understanding of intricacies of accounting in small midsized businesses. She has handled complicated accounting assignments in various fields. Her attention to detail, focus on accounting practices and stress on accounting representation are key assets while transitioning complicated accounting processes.
Nitin Singla has been in the IT and ITES industry for over 12 years. He graduated with a degree in Electronics and a post graduate degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology. He has worked in a senior management capacity with leading Software Development, IT training and consultancy firms across India, US and Canada.
A passionate advocate with unique international work experience of over three continents, Himani achieves success in diversity. She understands the power of hard work, adaptability and strategic preparation in overcoming the toughest challenges in life. It is with such dedication and global perspective that she advices her clients on complex legal issues. She is also a lawyer in good standing with Bar Council of Delhi, India. Himani has a vast experience in Legal and Management services like drafting, advocacy, referrals, navigating clients through legal process in a linguistically & culturally appropriate way.
